BBC weather forecast says Bristol will change this weekend
The weather this week has been omnipresent, with dizzying temperatures and pouring rain.
We swapped sunscreen and sunglasses for brollies and balaclavas. A respite from time went from an ice cream to a bowl of hot soup for many in Bristol as the week went on.
The county experienced a mini-heatwave earlier this week when a plume of hot air from the Azores brought high temperatures to much of the country.

Then later in the week, the stormy weather put the kibosh on the summer weather, causing rain to pour over the area.
This weekend promises change.
It looks like we can expect more temperate weather, BBC forecasters say.
Throughout Saturday (September 11) there will be a “light cloud and moderate breeze”.
Temperatures will hover around 18 ° C throughout the day and drop in the evening to around 15 ° C at night.
Tomorrow (Sunday), Bristolians can expect “light clouds and light winds”.
Temperatures will be slightly warmer at 19C for most of the day, then drop again in the evening to around 15C at night.
However, light rains are expected to fall at the end of the weekend overnight – this will continue throughout Monday.
