Evrima of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection completes sea trials
One of the most famous hotel brands in the world is almost ready to start sailing on its new cruise ship! Evrimathe inaugural yacht of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, today completed a series of successful sea trials under the direction of Captain Steven MacBeath and the entire onboard team of engineers, contractors and personnel from the shipyard.
The international hotel chain announced in 2018 that it would be entering the cruise space and although the COVID-19 pandemic has delayed production of its new ship, the young cruise line is finally getting ready to sail.
The new ship offers ultra-luxury suites with private terraces and two glamorous 138-square-foot penthouse suites, all set in an elegant 190-meter setting. The intimate size of the yacht creates a more residential feel, and the expansive suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows, resulting in more flowing and spacious rooms. Those who book will find a number of onboard activities and entertainment, water sports from the yacht’s marina, a menu of spa treatments and the yacht’s signature restaurant, which was designed by Aqua’s Sven Elverfeld, the three-star Michelin restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg.
